The New York Times
Across seven New York Times events, including the DealBook Summit, I translated the brand’s editorial toolkit into distinctive live and broadcast experiences. Working from the client’s established visual language, I developed how it should translate into physical space, motion, digital content, and stage environments while adapting the expression to each event’s story and audience.
I led designers and multidisciplinary partners across environmental graphics, print, interactive installations, motion, and broadcast, shaping the creative from concept through execution. With every event streamed to a global audience, the work had to function equally well in the room and on screen, connecting the physical experience with the editorial content at its center.
The result was a flexible approach to event design that allowed each program to feel specific to its subject and audience while remaining distinctly The New York Times.
